trail walk+new shoes!!!

trail walked at bt timah-macritchie with ah muay today...
my antique asics gel-lyte decided to call it a day after much reglue-ing of the soles administered time and again by its owner who is so 舍不得 to let it die...
got myself a new pair of shoes-saucony fastwitch!!! yay!!!
gonna try them out for sprints...tmr maybe?
