NB Real Run 2008

one of the more demanding races out there...and ever since they shifted to changi exhibition center, it became demanding for one single reason...it gets REALLY sunny along the race route...and by sunny i mean HOT HOT HOT...

surprisingly though, i thought i did quite well today coming back in 46min...i really pushed myself today under the heat and the training runs at ecp under the sun with the guys for the past few weeks really paid off
