had dinner with jeffrey, shirong, yongliang and weiming at hing wa...
its a nice chinese eatery along beach road...
dinner was also to celebrate shirong+me+weiming's birthdays over the months of mar+apr+may...
we had Hing Wa Fried MianXian, Fried Beancurd Skin With Kailan, Stewed Chicken With Chinese Herbs Soup, Fried Prawn Egg, duck with yam claypot, fried garoupa...fantastic stuff...
today's 2.4 run was extremely trying...constantly having that want to throw up feeling...
BUT...everything will all be worthwhile if i can reproduce this timing on sat...sigh
muay got discharged from nuh today...wishing her a speedy recovery so she can run, bike, swim and do whatever she pleases really soon
