paint-me-happy wednesday

yesterday woke up automatically at 6 despite setting my alarm for 7...i was thinking of lazing on my bed for awhile longer but i thought might as well go muay's place earlier so got more time to paint...and i was starting to feel hungry anyways...

so i got out of bed...had breakfast...and hohoho...lugged the tins of paints to tiong bahru mrt...
at first i was afraid the plastic bags cannot take it but after crossing a few streets i began to worry abt my arms instead...
so after a handful of arm resting breaks on route to tiong bahru, i finally reached my first check point...full of perspiration already...heh

upon reaching muay's place, we started moving the furniture...
while moving...muay played her piano for awhile to entertain me...and showed me lin junjie's jc photo...he looked...er...different...
guobin(we were from the same camp during nsf can u believe it?small world!) arrived just as we were getting the white wash ready...

paint paint paint until lunch and muay made us char beehoon+ribena...yummmy stuff....
after lunch break it was paint paint paint until muay gave us each a surprise cookies & cream cornetto each....yummmmy
paint paint paint until dinner when muay's mum cooked fish+chicken+veg...yummmy stuff again....hohoho

after dinner it was cleaning up time...we shld have made full use of the masking tape RIGHT from the beginning and made sure everything was well covered...the floor,wall corners and quite a few stuff were sprayed with specks of paint...
armed with cloth, turpentine and scraper...it was clean clean clean and after that we started moving the stuff back to their original positions...

ended the day with another glass of refreshing ribena...hohoho
lucky guobin was around...he covered the whole ceiling...the most shiong part...
if he wasnt around we wont have been able to finish the room...
tired arms+neck...but we had fun and it was a good workout!
