sprints!

feeling the strain from yesterday's gym...so i did 6x400m sprints instead today
1.23, 1.20, 1.22, 1.18, 1.26, 1.23 with 2.5min rest in between...after that did another 800m slow jog as warm down

upcoming events for the next few months...
grandma's birthday - lunch this sunday
TOS bowling competition next sat - i'll be going there to wash drains
GDT course - in-house course...nooooooooooooo

dad's birthday - i'm planning to bring my parents out for a nice meal--any suggestions?
